Leonard Cheshire Disability

Through international partnerships, Leonard Cheshire Disability works with affiliates in 52 countries, forming a Global Alliance. Together, Cheshire organizations run over 250 programs, providing support for everyday living and programs in education, livelihood, health, and rehabilitation. Its primary mission is to enable independent living for persons with a disability worldwide.

 
 

Ontario Association of Independent Living Service Providers (OAILSP)

OAILSP provides member organizations with professional development, involvement in provincial initiatives and network opportunities in order to advance the leadership capacity for independent living service provider organizations in Ontario.

 
 

Ontario Community Support Association (OCSA)

The Ontario Community Support Association supports, promotes, and represents the common goals of its members. It provides not-for-profit health and social services, which help people live at home in their own communities, across Ontario.
 

Toronto Central Local Health Integration Network (LHIN)

Clarendon Foundation is funded by the Toronto Central LHIN, which is designated by the Ministry of Health & Long-Term Care to plan, integrate and fund local health services.  Toronto Central LHIN funds the health service providers that provide a variety of services, including a community care access centre, community health centres,  community support services,  hospitals,  long-term care homes, and mental health and addiction services.
