About the Directors
Man Jauha – Chairman
Man Jauha is a senior manager, Program & Portfolio with Rogers Communication Inc.
Man holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering (B. Eng.).
He is interested in organizational change.

Cheryl Fitzgerald – Vice-Chairperson
Cheryl has experience in broadcast and media in special events and marketing for the CBC and the Canadian Paraplegic Association of Ontario.
She has also been a consultant in spinal cord injuries.
Her volunteer experience includes the Golden Horseshoe Marathon and the Peer Support Program, Golf, and Wheelchair Relays with the Canadian Paraplegic Association.
Joined the Board in November 2007. She is a member of the Committee for Excellence and the Communications and Marketing Committee.

Art Chapman – Secretary
Art Chapman has extensive experience as a volunteer Board Member with various groups since 1982.
He volunteers at the Hydrocephalus Spinal Bifida Association Charity Bingo one day/week.
He currently lives at 8 Broadway Avenue.
Art joined the Board in November 2004. He is a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and the Committee for Excellence.

Steven Rayson – Treasurer
Steven is a Senior Manager with Deloitte. He is interested in Business Valuations and Litigation Accounting Services
Steven holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons), a Bachelor of Arts, and a Certificate in Canadian Securities Course.

John Griffin – Director
John is an Account Manager with Great West Life Insurance, Toronto.
John has a BA in English and Political Science, as well as a Masters of Business Administration degree.

Dana Francoz – Director
Dana is the Vice President, Sales Publicitas Canada.
Dana has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Ancient History.
Her repertoire of experience includes sales, marketing, and fund raising.

Beverley Elliott – Director
Beverly has served on numerous community boards and worked with organizations which provide services for persons with a disability.
She is retired.

Michelle Dathorne – Director
Michelle is a Director, Credit Market Services with the Standard & Poor’s Toronto.
Michelle has a Master of Philosophy and a Bachelor of Commerce.
She has served on several volunteer Boards of Directors.

Dean Bouridis – Director
Dean has more than 20 years’ experience working with teams of volunteers and service professionals.
Dean has a Bachelor of Arts and a Diploma in Clinical Data Project Management.
Andrew Langille – Director
Andrew Langille is a Toronto-based lawyer and labour relations consultant. He has extensive experience in the private, public and non-profit sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph and a Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor. In addition to his legal practice, Andrew is currently a graduate student at Osgoode Hall Law School where his research focuses on the intersection of workplace law and the youth labour market. Previous to his legal career, Andrew worked with developmentally delayed youth and adults in the social services sector.
