Management Team

Sarah has had an extensive career of more than 35 years in healthcare and social services.
She has worked in government policy and program development in both the federal and provincial branches.
She also has significant experience in not-for-profit community services.
Her areas of service include employment training, women’s mental health and seniors’ and disabilities issues.
Sarah holds a B.A. in Arts and an M.Ed. with a concentration in Human Services.
She has been with the Clarendon Foundation since 1990.

Paresh is the Human Resources Specialist.
His experience includes work in international Human Resources in manufacturing and Health Care settings.
Paresh holds a BSc in Physics and a Master of Social Work with a specialty in Human Resources.
Paresh is also a member of the Human Resources Professional Association and holds his CHRP designation.

Jeya is the Financial Coordinator.
She holds a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry and has completed Certified General Accounting (level 3).
Jeya has also completed a course in Payroll Administration and the Fundamentals of Human Resource Management.
Jeya has been with Clarendon since 1992.

Monique is the Manager of Assisted Living at the Broadway Avenue site.
She has a BSc (Specialist) in Health Studies and B.A. (Hons) in Sociology and Women’s Studies from the University of Toronto.
Her volunteer experience includes Scarborough Grace Hospital, Catholic Children’s Aid Society, St. Aidan’s Youth Group/Choir, Kids of Tomorrow, Rosalie Hall and St. Paul’s L’Amoreaux Centre.
Monique’s interests include travel and sports.

Shermin is the Manager of Assisted Living at the Henry Lane Terrace site.
Shermin holds a B.A. (Hons) in Arts and has specialized in Management.
Shermin’s interests include lifelong learning and volunteer work in the community.

Bola is the On-call Manager - Assisted Living.
Bola has several years of experience in health care and Independent Living.
He has a Diploma in Community Health and has taken courses in Business Management.
Bola is interested in volunteering in community development.
