Promoting independence through assistive services for individuals with physical disabilities. To provide opportunities and support for persons with a disability to live independently in the community in their own homes.

Vision

Enhance the availability, scope, and quality of attendant services. All persons with a disability will have access to services and opportunities to live independently in the community. Services will be readily available, to the extent needed, without waiting lists.
