Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreements (M-SAA)

The Toronto Central LHIN has entered into Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreements (M-SAA) with community service providers effective April 1, 2009.

The M-SAA is the legal agreement between the LHIN and the Clarendon Foundation.

The M-SAA is a requirement under the Ministry-LHIN Accountability Agreement and the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006. The Act requires Local Health Integration Networks to enter into accountability agreements by March 31, 2009.

The agreement was developed by the LHIN and the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care through consultation with the various community sectors. It is a template for community agencies supported by schedules that contain agency and sector information.
