How to Apply...

You can apply for services via the Centre for Independent Living through the Project Information Centre (PIC). PIC is the centralized point of access for individuals with physical disabilities who are applying for Attendant Services in Toronto. With a single application, applicants can apply through PIC to a variety of sites and programs listed in the PIC Directory.

PIC does not provide Attendant Services.  PIC receives applications and forwards these applications to Attendant Service Providers.  PIC is responsible for the maintenance of all eligible applications.
